Our privacy commitment to you To learn more about how Sedanz

manages Customer Information and what actions you can take, please

continue reading. We are committed to respecting and protecting our

customers’ privacy.

This policy covers Customer Information, which means personally

identifiable information about a consumer or a consumer's current or

former customer relationship with Sedanz. The Sedanz Privacy Policy for

Consumers is provided to you as required by law. This policy applies to

consumer customer relationships established in the United States and is

effective April 15, 2012.

1. Making the security of information a priority Keeping Customer

Information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We

maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect

Customer Information. Appropriate employees are authorized to access

Customer Information for business purposes only. Our employees are

bound by a code of ethics that requires confidential treatment of Customer

Information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this

code.

2. Collecting your information Customer Information is categorized in

the following ways:

• Identification Information - information that identifies you such as name,

address, telephone.

• Payment Information - information for payment of services rendered such

as credit card number, credit card expiration date, and credit card

security code.

3. Managing information about you Sedanz does not share information

about you with any third parties. The information provided by you to

Sedanz is solely for use in order to provide you with convenient access to

Sedanz services and payment of such services

4. Honoring your preferences You have choices when it comes to how

Sedanz uses information. Sedanz allows you to keep information about our

services private to you via our secure web site. Details about your

transactions can be limited to online display and not disseminated via

electronic communications such as email and fax if you so choose.

5. Actions you can take You can protect information about your

transactions by setting your preferences in your user profile. If you choose

to not have your transaction information distributed by electronic

communications, check the “Do Not Email” or “Don Not Fax” check boxes

on your user profile preferences page if applicable.

6. Guarding your own information Sedanz recommends that you take

the following precautions to guard against the disclosure and unauthorized

use of your account and personal information:

• Review your travel confirmations thoroughly and report any suspicious

activity to us immediately.

• Do not respond to e-mails requesting User IDs or passwords. Call the

institution to verify the legitimacy of the e-mail.

• Memorize Passwords and refrain from writing Passwords, User IDs, or

credit card numbers where they could be found.

• Shred documents containing any sensitive information before discarding,

e.g. travel confirmations.

• Confirm that an Internet site is secure by checking that the URL (Web

address) begins with "https”.

• Review your credit report at least once every year to make sure all

information is up to date. For a free copy of your credit bureau

report, contact www.annualcreditreport.com or call 1.877.322.8228.

• If you think you have been a victim of identity theft or fraud, you may

contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to report any incidents

and to receive additional guidance on steps you can take to protect

yourself. Contact the FTC at www.ftc.gov/idtheft or 1.877.438.4338.

• Keeping up to date with our Privacy Policy. We may make changes to

this policy at any time and will inform you of changes, as required by

law. To receive the most up-to-date Privacy Policy.

7. Other privacy commitments This notice constitutes the Sedanz Do

Not Call Policy under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for all

consumers and is pursuant to state law. When you talk with Sedanz by

telephone your conversation may be monitored or recorded by us. Sedanz

will only contact you regarding future reservations or services rendered.

Sedanz will not share information about you with any third parties.

Online Practices Privacy Policy Intro The Online Practices Privacy

Policy explains how we may collect information from you online when you

visit a Sedanz Web site. The Online Practices Privacy Policy, effective as

of April 15 2012, is for general guidance and subject to change. Please

review periodically. Customer information means personally identifiable

information about a consumer or a consumer’s current or former customer

relationship with Sedanz.

Privacy Policy for Consumers In addition to the protections you enjoy

through our Online Practices Privacy Policy, your online activities may also

be covered by the Sedanz Privacy Policy for Consumers. This policy

explains our collection, use, disclosure, and security of consumer

information and applies to Sedanz products and services offered within the

United States for consumer (not business) purposes.

1. Maximize your experience on Sedanz Web site You can get more out

of your Sedanz Web site experience when you tell us who you are. You

can choose to do this through online opportunities - for example, by

registering for an online service.

2. Browsing our site You can browse our sites anonymously by choosing

not to provide us with any personally identifiable information, such as your

name or e-mail address, during your visits to our sites. Browsing

anonymously after you've identified yourself involves setting your browser

to disable cookies and similar files or by deleting the cookies and similar

files that you have accepted from us. To do this, you'll need to follow your

browser's instructions for disabling cookies or deleting cookies. Please

note that the use of our online product does require the acceptance of

similar files on your hard drive for security purposes, to facilitate site

navigation and to personalize your experience while visiting our site. This

includes selecting which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to

appeal to you and displaying such advertising or offers while you are on

Sedanz Web sites. In all cases, cookies and similar files that we place on

your computer do not contain any personal information unless encrypted,

and we never use cookies or other files to track your use of other web

sites.

4. Web Browsing Cookies Cookies used for Web browsing can contain a

variety of information, such as a simple count of how often you visit a Web

site or information that allows customization of a Web site for your use or

customization of Sedanz advertising or offers you receive when you are on

the Sedanz Web sites. Sedanz uses cookies and other technologies to

display information more effectively to you and to gather data about the

usage of our website. Cookies allow us to collect technical and

navigational information such as browser type, time spent on our site, and

pages visited. Cookies do not contain or capture unencrypted customer

specific data. We may also use cookies in online advertising to track

consumer responses to Sedanz advertisements. Other technologies we

use may capture customer specific data to help us understand how

customers use our site and to assist us with resolving customers’

questions regarding the use of our site. Cookies and other technologies

provide us the capability to monitor the use of our site so we can

continually improve the design and functionality to better serve you.

5. Collecting Personally-Identifiable information When you visit our

Web site, we may collect the following information in order to service your

accounts, save you time and money, and better respond to your needs:

• Profile information Information that you provide to us online in profile

regristrations and other forms. Examples include your name,

address, and telephone number

• Transaction and experience information Information about your online

transactions, as well as information about our online

communications with you. Examples include your transaction history

and your activity on the Web site, such as collecting information on

product information reviewed.

6. Making sure information is accurate Keeping your profile information

accurate and up to date is very important. If your profile information is

and services within the Sedanz Web sites. These advertisements may take

online surveys on the Sedanz Web site. Online surveys are used so that

we can gather information to better serve you. Based on the information

you provide to us, we may inform you of services from Sedanz. You are

not required to complete online surveys. We do look forward and

appreciate your feedback about our service.

9. Linking to other sites We may provide links to non-Sedanz companies.

If you choose to link to Web sites not controlled by Sedanz, we are not

responsible for the privacy or security of these sites, including the

accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of their information. If you

are asked to provide information on one of these Web sites we strongly

urge you to carefully study their privacy policies before sharing your

information. When you are leaving the Sedanz site, Sedanz cannot

guarantee the security of the site you are entering and that the site may

have different privacy practices and protections.

10. E-mail Fraud E-mail can be used for sending scams such as a false

offer from a company or an alert to a false computer virus. These e-mails

are often forwarded with good intention by friends, adding an erroneous

level of legitimacy. If you receive an e-mail that you think could be a scam,

do not forward it and delete it immediately. If you receive an e-mail warning

that a new computer virus is circulating, check the Web site of any one of

the well-known anti-virus software companies for validation. Emails such

as these are most likely from criminals who send thousands of emails at a

time to random addresses. These criminals are trying to entice the

recipient to visit a phony website and provide personal and confidential

information, such as online IDs and passcodes, or Social Security numbers

and account numbers. Although the site may look like legitimate, it is not

which is why this practice is known as "spoofing." To report a suspicious

email that uses Sedanz name, you can forward it to support@sedanz.com

11. Changes to the Online Practices Privacy Policy If we make

changes to the Online Practices Privacy Policy or make any material

changes to our online services, we will revise the Online Practices Privacy

Policy to reflect such changes and revise the policy's effective date.

**Your vehicle may be equipped with a camera for safety and quality assurance purposes

AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Look for your name sign at your designated meeting location, whether it's curbside or inside. If you have difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call Dispatch at 212.300.6083 option 1. Leaving your pick up location without notifying Sedanz will result in a No Show charge which is equal to the base fare of the reservation plus all applicable fees.

 Reservation Price Estimate: Reservation Price Estimate prior to service is only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Discretionary Gratuities, Tolls, Stops, Voucher Charge, Telephone Usage Charges, Surcharge for pets and extra in-car bags, Waiting Time (when applicable), Parking, and Other Service Fees are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.

 Hourly Rates: Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Sedanz facility until the time it returns to the Sedanz facility (Garage-to-Garage). Charges are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the facility to begin service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service and returns to the facility. The minimum number of billable hours appears in the Reservation Price Estimate, however does not always reflect the exact number of billable hours. All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour increment.

Wait Time: Sedanz monitors all commercial airline arrivals. A 30-minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on all international arrivals. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply. Waiting time charges are accrued in 30-minute increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate. A 30-minute grace period is allowed on pickups other than at an airport. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply. Extra Stops: Chauffeurs directed to make an extra stop during point-to point travel will be charged the base fare rate plus the hourly charge for the vehicle in fifteen minute increments for the time that the chauffeur waits. If there is more than one stop or if the one stop lasts more than an hour then the trip will convert to an hourly charge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy: Changes and cancellations require 6 hours advance notice. If passenger fails to cancel reservation at least 6 hours before pickup time the full base fare will be billed. A no show fee equal to the base fare and other fees will be billed if the passenger fails to cancel or arrive, as scheduled, at the designated customer/chauffeur meeting location. To avoid a late cancellation or no show fee, the reservation must be cancelled in accordance with Sedanz cancellation policy. To do so you may cancel your order online or call 212-300-6083 If

you experience difficulty locating the chauffeur, please call 212-300-6083. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying Sedanz will result in a no show charge. Sedanz is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

Child Safety Seats: Sedanz can provide Child Safety Seats upon request. Sedanz may charge fee for the use of baby seat or booster seat

HOWEVER, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL

THE CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS. THE DECISION TO USE

CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS PROVIDED BY Sedanz IS AT

YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER Sedanz, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF

THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES,

PARTNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS,

SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR

REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SECURITY,

RELIABILITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY RIDE OR TRIPS YOU MAY

TAKE OR TRANSPORTATION YOU MAY USE, AND ASSUMES NO

LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY THEREFORE.

Lost or Misplaced Items Please note that Sedanz assumes no liability for

any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any

vehicle.
