We will have our chauffeur and vehicle staged at the designated pickup location of your choosing 15 minutes prior the reservation time. You will be notified by text alerts when the chauffeur is on their way to you as well as upon arrival. You will also be able to track your chauffeur just as added piece of mind. Arriving at an airport? We will monitor your inbound flight and meet you even if the flight is delayed at no extra charge* (extreme delays that lead to after hours may be subject to chauffeur availability and time surcharge to guarantee your reservation if past scheduled time)
